CANCELLATION POLICY FOR DIRECT BOOKINGS

We know plans can change! Don’t worry — when you book directly with us, whether by phone, email, or through our website, you can cancel or amend your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before your arrival.
This will allow you to book with peace of mind, safe in the knowledge that you have full flexibility.

In the event of the International Hotel Killarney not being notified of a cancellation within this timeframe, the first night’s accommodation will automatically be charged to the credit or debit card used to secure your reservation.

Please note this does not apply to Offers such as “Advance Purchase” or other offers where you are receiving a discount at the time of booking to lock in your date and the rate is clearly shown as non refundable or changeable in the Terms and Conditions. This can also apply to certain Third Party partner bookings with a longer cancellation policy.
