Clear, easy-to-read signage is located throughout the hotel to allow visitors to move freely through the building.

We are committed to making your experience as comfortable and accessible as possible, and our team is always happy to assist should you need help with directions, luggage, or mobility support during your stay.

CORRIDORS & ACCESS ROUTES:

Owing to the hotel’s traditional architecture and historic features, step-free access is limited in certain parts of the building.
However, corridors throughout the accessible areas are wide enough to accommodate wheelchair users, and the majority of flooring is carpeted to help reduce the risk of slipping.

Trained staff are available around the clock to provide assistance whenever needed.

STEPS & STAIRS:

The hotel has three floors and features a central staircase, visible from the main reception area.  Portable ramps can be provided upon request to facilitate access where possible, however please be aware that access to some our rooms involves a number of steps and walking.

LIFTS:

We have two elevators in the hotel.

• The main lift is accessible from the reception level and serves the first and second floors.
• A second lift connects the first and second floors to the third floor.

Both lifts are suitable for standard wheelchairs, and our team is available to provide assistance if needed.

TOILETS & CHANGING FACILITIES:

Accessible toilet facilities are available on the ground floor, alongside separate men’s and women’s restrooms.
The accessible toilet includes support rails, an emergency pull cord, and baby-changing facilities.
