The International Hotel started trading as a Hotel back in 1906 under the stewardship of Mr T Egan and his young wife. The building is a protected structure as the subject of a preservation order to protect the history hidden in the walls, as well as various internal features on the building including our original staircase in the foyer which is iconic…all these years later we think this grand old lady is looking very well for her age if we do say so ourselves!

We offer our guests an overnight  Laundry Service daily so that you don’t need to bring home a bag full of soiled smalls!

We think you’ll be very happy to know that we have a dedicated 100MB broadband line guaranteeing uncongested High-Speed Free-Wi-Fi throughout the Hotel & Restaurant areas.

All of our beautiful bedrooms offer Tea & Coffee making facilities, Hairdryer & Ironing facilities.

Lunch is served from 12PM until 5PM daily and Dinner is served from 5PM to 9PM daily in Hannigans, our award winning restaurant – Head over to our Menu Page to see what delights await!

Breakfast is served in the dining room from 7.30AM each day until 10.00AM weekdays and until 10.30am on Sundays.
We also serve Brunch daily in the Brasserie until 11.30am don’t worry if you fancy a little late lie in!

Check-In time is from 3pm and Check-Out is 12pm on the day of departure.

We are located across the road from the newly refurbished & relaunched Killarney House which was the seat of the Earls of Kenmare in the latter part of their tenure in Killarney. The house is nestled in the Killarney National Park where visitors can chose from a gentle stroll in landscaped garden & cherry blossom lined walks, to a more rugged hike through bluebell fields and lakeshore drives.
