The gymnasium includes a range a range of both strength training and cardio equipment with three sections - Cardiovascular, Resistance and Free Weight. Enjoy the deluxe infra-red sauna which will leave you relaxed and revived after your workout in The International, one of the most charming hotels in Killarney.
Snooker Room
For those who enjoy a game of Snooker, you are invited to partake in a game in your choice of our private snooker lounge adjacent to the Fitness Suite and the 3D Golf Simulator or in the Residents Lounge on the ground floor .
3D Golf Simulator
The inhouse 3D Golf Simulator presents a unique opportunity to play some of the greatest courses in the world without travelling beyond The International Hotel!
Choose to practise your game, play golf on famous courses or compete against your friends. Just strike the ball as hard as you would on an outdoor course, directly onto a wall-sized image of the worlds most famous golf holes. All elements of the ball’s flight are tracked by the built in infrared systems, including flight angle, ball speed and spin. The system tells you where your ball is, what distance it travelled and the remaining distance to the hole.
